CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS – Join the Expanding TORG Creative Design Team (TORG-CDT)!
The Operating Room Global (TORG) is excited to re-open applications for passionate and committed individuals to join our expanding Creative Design Team (CDT). We are inviting Graphic Designers and Creative Writers from medical, surgical, perioperative, allied health, and related backgrounds to be part of this dynamic global team leading TORG’s creative communication efforts.
TORG-CDT is the powerhouse behind our global visuals, storytelling, branding, and educational communication. If you’re creative, reliable, and ready to make a global impact – this call is for you.
Who Can Apply?
We welcome:
Medical, surgical, perioperative, and allied healthcare professionals
Medical or health sciences students with creative skills
Designers or writers passionate about global health storytelling
Individuals who can contribute consistently and work collaboratively
Selection Criteria
Applicants must demonstrate:
Creativity & Skill – strong visual or written communication abilities
Commitment – ability to contribute 4-6 hours monthly
Professionalism – reliability, respect for deadlines, responsiveness
Teamwork – willingness to collaborate in a global virtual environment
Alignment with TORG’s Values – excellence, integrity, innovation
Portfolio Strength – evidence of capability through past work
