A structured, mentored research programme supporting healthcare professionals from research planning and ethics through implementation, scientific writing and presentation.

TORG–Ayder International Clinical Fellowship
A three-month, in-person clinical and academic professional-development placement hosted by Ayder Comprehensive Specialized Hospital, affiliated with Mekelle University, in Mekelle, Ethiopia.
Programme overview
Designed for suitably qualified healthcare professionals, the placement may include supervised specialty-based clinical exposure, departmental teaching, research and quality-improvement activities, subject to host capacity and institutional permissions.
Participation is educational and does not confer employment, specialist accreditation or independent clinical practice rights.
TORG–Ayder International Clinical Observership
A short-term, in-person observational learning opportunity at Ayder Comprehensive Specialized Hospital, affiliated with the College of Health Sciences, Mekelle University, Ethiopia.
The programme offers approved observational exposure to clinical practice, operating theatre workflows, specialist services and academic activities. It does not confer independent clinical privileges, employment or professional registration.

TORG–King Faisal Hospital Rwanda Clinical Observership
A clinical learning and professional-exchange pathway hosted at King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, Kigali, for surgical, anaesthesia and perioperative professionals.
The institution has not confirmed another cohort. No application or intake timeline is available, and previous programme terms should not be assumed to apply in future.
Africa Healthcare Innovation Fellowship TORG Nomination Pathway
A TORG nomination pathway developed with InnovateHealth Africa, focused on healthcare innovation, problem-solving, digital transformation and practical solution development.
